How Can I Get a Letter for the MPNP EOI Draw?

Before beginning the application process, first understand the MPNP’s eligibility requirements and the stream you are applying through. The next step is to register for an account on the MPNP Online Portal, log in, and select Create an Expression of Interest from the available options to submit an Expression of Interest (EOI). Points are used in the EOI system.

You must constantly check to make sure the information you provide for the EOI draw is accurate and thorough. In the event that your circumstances change, you can log back into your account and amend the information in your EOI.

The MPNP’s EOI system uses the Manitoba PNP points calculator as a scoring tool to evaluate applicants based on the data supplied in the EOI including their work experience, language competency, job, and education. In an EOI draw, the candidates with the highest ratings are given a Letter to Apply.
