This diverse group of individuals fell under the Semi-Skilled, Skilled Worker, and International Graduate Streams, each chosen for their unique skills and qualifications.
BC Fifth Skills Immigration Draw Highlights:
Category 1: General Draw (Including Tech Occupations)
In the general draw, 133 candidates were invited, including those in the tech sector. This draw included five distinct BC PNP streams, targeting skilled workers and international graduates, with minimum scores ranging from 91 to 113 points.

Category 2: Targeted Draw
Out of the total invitations, more than 70 were allotted in the targeted draw, focusing on skilled workers and international graduates who scored a minimum of 60 points. This draw honed in on specific occupations vital for the province’s growth.

BC PNP Draws In October
Throughout the month of October, BC PNP conducted five draws, extending a warm invitation to a total of 903 candidates for a provincial nomination. The targeted candidates included Entry-level and Semi-skilled Workers, Skilled Workers, and International Graduates
October 24: British Columbia extended 162 Invitations to Apply (ITAs) to candidates in tech, childcare, healthcare, and priority occupations, with scores ranging from 60 to 90.
October 17: In this draw, 157 ITAs were issued, welcoming candidates with scores from 60 to 113, encompassing general applicants, childcare, healthcare, and other priority occupations.
October 11: With a focus on specific skills, 185 foreign skilled workers and graduates received ITAs with a minimum score of 60, across sectors like tech, childcare, healthcare, and priority occupations.
October 4: Kicking off the month, BC PNP invited 191 candidates with scores spanning from 60 to 113, across various streams like Entry Level, Semi-Skilled Workers, Skilled Workers, and International Graduates.
