Minimum Eligibility Criteria
To qualify for nomination under any of the Labour Impact Category streams, you must meet the following requirements:
- Secure a full-time long-term job offer from a Prince Edward Island (PEI) employer, either permanent or for a minimum duration of two years.
- Be available for an interview with the PEI Office of Immigration staff, if deemed necessary.
- Hold a minimum of secondary school education.
- Fall within the age bracket of 21 to 59 years.
- Possess adequate proficiency in English/French language to effectively carry out the offered job.
- Have ample financial resources to cover all immigration expenses, including travel costs, for both you and your family to establish yourselves in PEI.
- Demonstrate a sincere intention to settle permanently in Prince Edward Island.
