British Columbia conducted four immigration draws of the British Columbia Provincial Nominee Program (BC PNP) between November 7 and 28. A total of 760 ITAs were issued for provincial nomination.


Manitoba PNP Draws (2 Nov – 30 Nov)

Manitoba held four draws of the Manitoba Provincial Nominee Program (MPNP) between November 2 and November 30, issuing a total of 1,005 Letters of Advice (LAAs) to apply for provincial nomination.

Prince Edward Island PNP Draws (2 Nov – 30 Nov)

Prince Edward Island conducted three draws of the Prince Edward Island Provincial Nominee Program (PEI PNP) between November 2 and 30, 2023, issuing a total of 252 ITAs for provincial nomination.

Quebec Arrima Draw – 16 Nov

Quebec hosted the Quebec Arrima draw on November 16, 2023, issuing a total of 1,210 Invitations to Apply (ITAs) for permanent selection to candidates with a minimum score of 609 points or higher.

Alberta Advantage Immigration Program (AAIP) Draw – 9 Nov

On November 9, 2023, Alberta initiated a draw for the Alberta Advantage Immigration Program (AAIP) – Express Entry stream. The draw issued 16 Notifications of Interest (NOIs) to candidates with a Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS) score of 305 or higher.

SINP Draw for Entrepreneur Category – 2 Nov

Saskatchewan opened the Entrepreneur category draw of the Saskatchewan Immigrant Nominee Program (SINP) on November 2, 2023. Thirteen Entrepreneur category candidates were invited to apply for provincial nomination.
