Quebec hosted the Quebec Arrima draw on November 16, 2023, issuing a total of 1,210 Invitations to Apply (ITAs) for permanent selection to candidates with a minimum score of 609 points or higher.

Alberta Advantage Immigration Program (AAIP) Draw – 9 Nov

On November 9, 2023, Alberta initiated a draw for the Alberta Advantage Immigration Program (AAIP) – Express Entry stream. The draw issued 16 Notifications of Interest (NOIs) to candidates with a Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS) score of 305 or higher.
