Among different streams, consideration was given to profiles that explicitly indicated a Manitoba Supporter meeting specific criteria. This included
- the Manitoba Supporter being a close relative, holding Canadian permanent residency or citizenship;
- maintaining established residency in Manitoba, and;
- having a residence history in the province spanning at least one year.
