Skilled Workers in Manitoba Stream
Manitoba focused on candidates currently employed in high-demand occupations within the province.
Occupation Specific Category
In this category, 230 candidates were invited with a minimum CRS score of 595. To be eligible for this stream, candidates must have a valid job offer from a Manitoba employer.
The occupations under the following National Occupational Classification (NOC) 2021 were considered in this draw:
20 – Specialized middle management occupations in engineering, architecture, science, and information systems | 43 – Assisting occupations in education and legal and public protection |
21 – Professional occupations in natural and applied sciences | 44 – Care providers and legal and public protection support occupations |
22 – Technical occupations related to natural and applied sciences | 45 – Student monitors, crossing guards, and related occupations |
30 – Specialized middle management occupations in healthcare | 50 – Specialized middle management occupations in art, culture, recreation, and sport |
31 – Professional occupations in health | 51 – Professional occupations in art and culture |
32 – Technical occupations in health | 52 – Technical occupations in art, culture, and sport |
33 – Assisting occupations in support of health services | 53 – Occupations in art, culture, and sport |
40 – Managers in public administration, education and social and community services, and in public protection services | 54 – Support occupations in sport |
41 – Professional occupations in law, education, social, community, and government services | 55 – Support occupations in art and culture |

All-Occupation Category
In this category, a total of 236 Letters of Advice to Apply (LOA) were issued to candidates with a minimum CRS score of 640.
Skilled Workers Overseas Stream
40 invitations were extended to candidates with a minimum score of 724 under this stream. The Skilled Workers Overseas Stream is designed for individuals who have a close connection to Manitoba.
International Education Stream:
In the latest draw, 52 candidates from the International Education Stream received invitations. This stream is for international graduates who have completed their education in Manitoba and wish to transition to permanent residency.
Out of the 558 invitations issued in this draw, 158 went to candidates with valid Express Entry profiles and job seeker validation codes.
