Quebec Invited 619 Candidates in Its Fourth RSWP Draw of 2023
On March 16, 2023, the Ministry of Immigration, Francization, and Integration (MIFI) held a fresh draw for the Quebec Regular Skilled Worker Program (RSWP). This was the fourth Quebec RSWP draw of 2023.
The most recent Quebec RSWP draw was intended for candidates having a legitimate in-demand job offer outside the Montreal Metropolitan Community as well as academic and professional experience in a Canadian occupation.
Highlights of the Draw – Who Was Invited?
A total of 619 skilled people received invitations to apply for permanent selection following the draw. In the draw, potential candidates required to have at least 578 points on their profiles in the Arrima Expression of Interest (EOI) system.
In addition, they had an in-demand employment offer from a location outside the Montréal Metropolitan Area.
What is the Eligibility to Apply For Quebec RSWP?
A program for talented people who want to immigrate to Canada to live and work in Quebec is called the Quebec Regular Skilled Worker Program (RSWP).
Quebec also has its own standards for choosing competent personnel. The Quebec points calculator, a points-based system used in the province, assesses applicants based on a range of criteria, including age, education, work experience, and language proficiency. You must obtain a certain minimum number of points in order to be eligible for the program.

The processing times for both the CSQ and the application for Canadian permanent residence should be taken into account when applying for the Quebec’s Regular Skilled Worker Program (RSWP).
