In a significant development on March 8, 2024, Manitoba conducted a draw specifically tailored for the Manitoba Provincial Nominee Program (MPNP)- Skilled Worker Overseas Stream. Unlike general draws that encompass all streams, this exclusive draw focused solely on overseas skilled worker applicants.

Under the Expression of Interest (EOI) system, the Manitoba PNP regularly conducts draws to invite applicants from the EOI pool to submit full applications. Here are the key details for the recent draw:

  • Number of Letters of Advice to Apply issued: 104
  • Ranking Score of the lowest-ranked candidate invited: 614

It’s noteworthy that out of the 104 Letters of Advice to Apply distributed in this draw, 20 were allocated to applicants who provided a legitimate Express Entry profile number along with a job seeker validation code.
