Occupation-Specific Draw
In this draw, Manitoba focused on candidates with current employment in occupations identified as high-demand, based on data from Statistics Canada. This targeted draw resulted in the issuance of 92 Letters of Advice to Apply.

Manitoba held another Expression of Interest (EOI) draw held on November 16, 2023. The draw saw invitations extended to candidates from the International Education Stream and Skilled Workers Overseas category.
International Education Stream – 61 Letters of Advice to Apply (LAAs)
Skilled Workers Overseas – 48 LAAs were extended with a minimum score requirement of 721.
In total, the draw saw a remarkable 109 LAAs issued, reflecting Manitoba’s commitment to not only meeting labor market demands but also enriching its communities through a diverse pool of skilled individuals.
