The PEI Expression of Interest (EOI) system is a strategic tool designed to gather crucial information about candidates. This data is then used to rank and select individuals deemed most likely to meet Prince Edward Island’s economic and labour market needs. The selection is based on attributes such as:

  2. Education: Level, field, and location of education
  3. Skill and Work Experience: Level of expertise and relevant work history
