Newfoundland and Labrador held its third immigration draw of 2025 on May 29, issuing a total of 405 Invitations to Apply (ITAs) under two key programs: the Newfoundland and Labrador Provincial Nominee Program (NLPNP) and the Atlantic Immigration Program (AIP). Out of the total invitations, 351 were issued through the NLPNP, while 54 invitations went to candidates under the AIP. - Receiving an ITA does not guarantee nomination—all eligibility criteria must still be met.
