The Manitoba Provincial Nominee Program (MPNP) has conducted its second draw of March 2025, inviting 108 candidates to apply for Canadian permanent residency. The first draw of the month took place on March 6, 2025.
Regularly issuing invitations through the Expression of Interest (EOI) system, Manitoba selects eligible candidates who meet the province’s labor market and economic needs.
