Canada has proved to be a model of immigration in the last few years due to its effective policies, and the number of people immigrating to Canada has risen dramatically.

Canada’s politics make it enticing for immigrants. Over 20 percent of Canadians are direct or indirect immigrants, and they live in large cities of Toronto, Calgary, Montreal, and Vancouver. Political parties hence have to impress immigrants if they want to form a government. With the growth in the country’s immigrant population, there will be an increase in the influence of immigrant voters.
Canada’s immigration story so far has been positive, but it is important to keep this up.
