Canada Announces New Work Permit Processing Guidelines for Caregivers under TFWP

Additionally, the Government has removed instructions related to determining the date of receipt for a Labor Market Impact Assessment (LMIA) application. This change simplifies the process, as applicants and employers no longer need to navigate the complexities of pinpointing the exact date of receipt, which has historically caused delays and complications in the application process.
