New Express Entry Draw

Recently, Express Entry candidates from the province of New Brunswick have been invited to apply in the most recent rounds of provincial nominee programs (PNP).  In 2023, the Provincial Nominee Programme of New Brunswick (NBPNP) held a draw and sent out 121 invites in total.

Numerous provincial and territory nomination programs (PNPs) exist in Canada. To participate in the draw, potential candidates are invited to submit an application for provincial nomination. The achievement of permanent residency may benefit by receiving a provincial nomination.

Highlights of the New Brunswick Draw 2023 – Who was Invited?

The province of New Brunswick held a fresh Express Entry draw throughout the month of July. A total of 121 applicants were asked by the draw to submit applications for provincial nominations. All three NBPNP Express Entry streams—NB Employment Connection, NB Student Connection, and NB Occupations in Demand Connection—were given ITAs as a result of the draw.

The Express Entry pool maintained by the IRCC is regularly searched by the New Brunswick PNP to identify candidates who meet the criteria for one of its streams. In May, 93 invitations were delivered to eligible candidates in the federal Express Entry pool following the previous NB Express Entry stream draw.

About New Brunswick Provincial Nominee Program – NBPNP

The provincial immigration program of New Brunswick aims to entice qualified workers, entrepreneurs, and international graduates to the region. In addition to trying to address the demands of the province’s labor market and economy, the PNP is governed by the New Brunswick provincial government in cooperation with the federal government.

Candidates must meet the specific eligibility requirements of the NBPNP for the stream they are submitting to in order to be eligible. Successful applicants receive a provincial nomination, which they can use to submit a federal application for Canadian permanent residency. The federal government has the last say on applications for permanent residence. Applicants should thoroughly comprehend the requirements for each stream and submit a complete and accurate application to maximize their chances of success.
