Targeted – Tech Draw 

A total of 132 ITAs were given to applicants in the targeted draw after the BC PNP held rounds of invitations. Skilled workers and international graduates received invites that included the EEBC option. Candidates with a CRS score of 88 were considered.

Targeted Draw – Childcare, healthcare, and other in-demand professions

The Canadian province also sent out invites to candidates in the targeted professions. To the targeted draw for skills immigration, the category attracted a total of 77 applicants.

The distribution of invitations for British Columbia’s Skills Immigration Targeted Draw is as follows:

  • A minimum score of 60 was required for the invitation of 39 Early Childhood Educators and Assistants (NOC 42202);
  • The category issued invitations to 23 Healthcare workers with a minimum score of 60;
  • A total of 5 candidates were invited to the other in-demand occupations (NOCs 31103, 32104)
  • Under the Entrepreneur Immigration category –
  • A total of 5 candidates with a minimum CRS score of 123 were invited from the Regional Pilot stream
  • With a minimum score of 116, a total of 5 invitations were also issued to Base stream candidates.
