In an important update, the IRB transitions to My Case Portal as the primary document submission platform for all legal representatives and designated counsel. - Legal representatives for the Refugee Protection Division (RPD) and Refugee Appeal Division (RAD) must submit all documents through the My Case Portal.
- Email submissions are no longer accepted for these divisions.
- Canada Post Connect has been discontinued across all IRB divisions.
- Fax submissions are being phased out entirely.
