Alberta Express Entry Stream
The Alberta Express Entry Stream allows the province to search the candidates in the express pool and invite them to apply for a provincial nomination for Canadian PR. The stream selects the candidates with work experience in an occupation that supports the province’s economic development and diversification priorities.
Alberta does not have a list of eligible occupations, however, the AINP prioritize the candidates with:
- A job offer and/or work experience in Alberta
- A degree from a Canadian post-secondary institution and a valid job offer
- A parent, child or sibling already living in the province.
Express Entry (EE) candidate can only apply for a provincial nomination provided they are invited by the AINP under Alberta Express Entry stream.
